Impact on My Life
I had a very hard time when it started to affect my vision in March 2007. I cried very easily & wondered what was going to become of me. My daughter put me in touch with this wonderful support group
Positive Effects
When I first read some of the posts it used to upset me, but I made sure that I read all of them, as I wanted to learn all that I could to help myself. I have come a long way in 2 months. I also look at life a little different now than I used to. I have been truly blessed.
Employment
I'm retired, but continue to volunteer one day a week. I find this very satisfying and the highlight of my week.
More About Me
My husband and I just celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary.
