Impact on My Life
Sometimes I feel socially inept. I no longer go to public school, which I am glad of. I don't like to tell people that I have Stargardts either. I will not be able to get a driver's license, and that is beginning to bother me.

Positive Effects
I am very close to my family.

Working
I have been training horses, and I work at a local theater.

Adaptations
Too many to list.

More About Me
I love horses, especially my Arabian gelding named Storm. I train and compete at horse shows. I attend a cyber based school. I hope to one day own and operate a horse ranch. I want to have a facility large enough to provide board, riding lessons, training, breeding, trail rides, carriage rides, and camps for innercity youth and children with disabilities. Oh, did I mention I LOVE HORSES!!!

I placed at the 2007 Pennsylvania State Horse Show. The place was huge! But I didn't get lost. I have never seen so many horses in all my life. I was so nervous for my first class but I did it. I placed 11th for my pleasure class (which is where they judge my horses movements). Can you believe that? 11th in the whole state! I'm not bragging, I'm just excited!!

Then at the last minute they threw in a pattern for my equitation class (which is all about how I look when I ride). I was terrified, because the arena was so big and those cones are so small. I wasn't sure if I would be able to do it or not. At 4H shows they do not allow me to use any devices to help me like walkie talkies. But guess what? I did it!! Not only did I do it, but I did it perfectly!! Storm and I placed 10th in that class.

Again, please don't think I am bragging, and I am sure some of you are saying 10th isn't that big of a deal, but to me getting 10th the first year that I have gone to the state show is awesome. It is a great accomplishment to be 10th in the whole entire state of Pennsylvania. And even if I wouldn't have placed, it is an honor just to make it to states with a horse. I was competing with the best of the best. Oh my gosh, I am still so excited. I'm going to give Storm the week off, and then it's back to training, because next year we are going to be even better!!

I also want to thank you all for all of your support. I really did think of all my friends on here while I was at the show. I didn't want to let anyone down.
