Mother has macular degeneration occuring but there is no indication if it's age related or myopic related.
Impact on My Life
The diganosis really clears up a few things for me. (Excuse the pun) I've probably had this for years and didn't realize it. I've been wearing glasses since grade 2 and needed them long before that for severe near-sightedness.

Disabled. I also have a nuero-muscular disorder, Charcot Marie Tooth Type 1A
